Section 14(3) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(3)If the number of such candidate exceeds the number of members to be elected, the Returning officer shall forthwith notify their names and addresses on the Notice Board in the office of the Council and shall further cause their names to be entered in alphabetical order in the voting papers in Form C.
