These passes will allow the lopping of trees other than those mentioned below for the purpose of making dams or channels to facilitate the floating of timber.The following trees may not be lopped under any circumstance :
Cedrus libani ... Deodar
Cupressus torulosa ... Surani
Juglanns regin ... Akhrot
Cedrela toona ... Tun
Cedrela serate ... Tun Darli
Ougeinia didbergioides ... Sanda
Dalbertia soo ... Shisham
Derminalia toentosa ... Sain
Anogetssus latifolia ... Bakli
Bochmerta pugulose ... Genthi
Pistacia integerrima ... Kakar
Pinus evcelsa ... Kali
Pinus longholia ... Chir
Shorea robusta ... Sal
Pieca morinda ... Rai
Bauhina retusa ... Kandlau
Lopping is only allowed subject to the following conditions.-No trees may be lopped to more than two-third of its height.No branch of more than 3" diameter may be lopped.No tree of less than 1' 6" girth may be lopped at all except in the case of the following miscellaneous under wood may be cut or lopped without restriction.
