Section 10(h) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(h)Two persons to be nominated by the State Government representing engineers connected with building or other construction work, of whom at least one shall be from a Government Department connected with building or other construction work.
