Mr.Abhinav Thakur, Advocate, for respondents No.25 to 37. Mr.Vinay Kuthiala, Senior Advocate, alongwith Ms.Vandana Kuthiala, Advocate, for the interveners. In sequel to order dated 03.09.2024 status report on affidavit of Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh dated 21.09.2024 has been filed indicating therein that in 57 cases warrants of ejectment have been issued during the years 2016 and 2017, which are pending for execution. We are in 2024 and till date execution of warrants of ejectment is pending.
In view of aforesaid status report, respondents-State is directed to ensure execution of the warrants referred in the status report before next date of hearing. Respondents-State are also directed to report on next date of hearing.
It has been stated in the aforesaid status report filed by ACS (Revenue) that separate status report is being filed by the Principal Secretary (Forests) to the Government of H.P. No such status report is available on record. Be filed, if not already filed, well before next date of hearing.
