Section 4(vi) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021
(vi)Existing Institutions set up by a Trust or a Society as a Self-Financing Institution imparting Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Sports Technology and Sports Management, etc. will be at liberty to get affiliated with the University. The University may consider and grant conditional affiliation subject to fulfillment of conditions laid down under the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made in this regard.
