as per application dated 20.06.2016 by adhering to the Regulations of second
respondent and the Rules for Award of Research Fellowship (Ph.D)-Gunapadam
in NIS 2015-16 of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the second and
fourth respondents to pay an estimated damage of Rs.10 lakhs (Rupees Ten
Lakhs only) as compensation for the postponement of the Registration in
contrary to the norms.
