Section 9 in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 2021
9. Chancellor.
(1)The Governor of the State of Gujarat shall be the Chancellor of theUniversity.(2)The Chancellor shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of theUniversity and preside at any convocation of the University.(3)The Chancellor shall have such other powers as may be conferred on him by this Act or the regulations.
