1. These matters have been listed on the note of Registry dated January 16, 2023 in view of order dated January 2, 2023 of the Supreme Court, which reads as under:
" PUC is a copy of order received from Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, passed in Civil Appeal 6239/2017, 10207/2016, 12247/2016, 10210/2016 and 12/2023 dated
02.01.2023; arising out of common judgment and order dated 23.02.2016 passed by the High Court of Delhi in WP(C) 6363/2015, 6339/2015,6378/2015, 6356/2015 and 6357/2015.
Vide the above said order, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, inter-alia, has set aside the impugned common judgment and order passed by the High Court and remitted the matters to the High Court to decide the original writ petitions afresh in accordance with law and on their own merits and in the light of the observations made by the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:DINESH CHANDRA Signing Date:23.01.2023 12:09:31 Constitution Bench of this Court in the case of Indore Development Authority (Supra).
Further Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has requested the High Court to finally decide and dispose of the writ petitions as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 12 months from the date of the receipt of the present order. It is further submitted that W.P.(C) 6363/2015, 6339/2015, 6378/2015, 6356/2015 and 6357/2015 has been disposed of by Division Bench of this court vide common judgment dated 23.02.2016 and original records has been consigned/weeded out after preserving the soft copy. In view of the above, if approved, case may be sent to Listing Branch for listing the matter before the appropriate bench for information and further orders."
2. Mr. Siddharth Batra states he shall represent the petitioners in all matters and shall file vakalatnama.
3. Issue notice. Mr. Yeeshu Jain accepts notice.
4. Let notice be issued to the other respondents (who are not present before the Court today), returnable before the Registrar for completion of pleadings on April 21, 2023.
5. Liberty is granted to the petitioners and the respondents (who are present in the Court) to file additional documents/affidavits, if so required, within eight weeks.
