Section 13(2) in The Assam Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999
(2)Any such extract in regard to a birth or death shall be issued by the Registrar in Form No. 5, as the case may be, in Form No. 6 and shall be certified in the manner provided for in Section 78 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (1 of 1872).
