Section 30(i) in Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Act, 1968
(i)notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, all educational institutions admitted to the privileges of the Punjab University, Chandigarh in respect of secondary education and situated within Himachal Pradesh shall, in respect of such education, with effect from the date of commencement of this Act, be deemed to be admitted to the privileges of the Board, and the Board shall, as far as possible and consistent with this Act, admit such institutions to all such privileges in respect of secondary education as they had from the Punjab University, Chandigarh before the said date; and
