Section 79(4) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(4)An intimation of the despatch of each consignment shall be sent by the Superintendent of the Factory to the Licensing Authority who shall make arrangements for its examination on arrival by a responsible officer not below the rank of an Inspector of Food and Drug Administration.
