Section 9(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
(1)The fitting or removal of producer plant to any motor vehicle shall be reported to the registering authority as an alteration as required under Section 52 and the vehicle shall thereupon be produced for inspection by such authority and at such time and place as the authority may specify.
