Section 1 in The Assistants of the Secretariat and Attached Offices Joint Cadre Act, 1989
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Assistants of the Secretariat and Attached Offices Joint Cadre Act, 1989.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 30th August, 1988.
