This petition is preferred by the petitioner before competent authority to grant him parole on the ground of 'Khatna' ceremony of his son as per Islamic ritual came to be rejected and, therefore, this petition is preferred before this Court.
No details or particulars have been furnished about the date on which such ceremony to be held or scheduled and considering the jail record of the convict being unsatisfactory, at this stage no power is exercised. Hence, this petition is rejected.
