(12)Fisheries:. -(a)fish seed production and distribution ;(b)development of pisiculture in private and community tanks;(c)development of inland fisheries ;(d)fish curing and drying ;(e)assistance to traditional fishing ;(f)organising fish marketing co-operatives ; and(g)welfare schemes for the uplift and development of fishermen.
