None for respondent No. 1(d) and 2(b), though represented by Mr.Anirudh Sharma, Advocate.
CMP No. 712 of 2023 This application has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No. 1(c) Parma Nand on the ground of marriage of his son going to be held on 31.1.2023 and prayer has been made for release of some reasonable amount to meet the expenses. Copy of Invitation Card of marriage has also been placed on record alongwith this application.
Learned Additional Advocate General has opposed release of entire amount of compensation, however, with submission that in case Court finds favour for releasing the amount, not more than 20% amount be released.
In view of above, 20% amount of the share of Parma Nand, as per his entitlement, in terms of award, is directed to be released alongwith up to date interest, by remitting the same in his bank account mentioned in para 12 of the application. Photocopy of front page of passbook is also annexed with this application.

of appeal and in case excess amount is found to be received by applicant Parma Nand, he shall be liable to refund the same alongwith interest.
