Heard on the question of admission.
Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing appropriate writ for the following reliefs :-
"(a) It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 to assess proper compensation of the entire acquired land, bore-well and trees and pay the same to the petitioner with interest within the stipulated period.
(b) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(c ) Costs of the petition be awarded to the petitioner."
Having heard the counsel on admission, keeping in view the arguments advanced, after perusing the record, in the available circumstances, instead to admit or issue any notice to the other side, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities of the respondents No.1 and 3 to consider the pending representation of the petitioner Annex.P/ 5,P/6 and P/8 with speaking order within a period of ninety days from the date of filing the certified copy of this order along with the copy of petition with annexures, by the petitioner in its office.
The intimation of the order passed on the aforesaid representation be also given to the petitioner within further 15 days.
Petition is also directed to submit the aforesaid papers in the office of respondents No.1 and 3 within 10 days from today.
