202.
In all cases in which the Civil Courts find any document which comes before them to have been stamped after its execution in contravention of law, they should give a copy of their judgement to the Government Pleader with a view to the prosecution, if necessary, by the Revenue Authorities of the parties concerned in such after-stamping.
