Section 16(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Cross Border Trade of Electricity) Regulations, 2019
(1)The operationalisation of long-term access for cross border trade of electricity shall start from the date indicated in the Long Term Transmission Access Agreement or from the availability of the transmission system for operationalisation of long-term access, whichever is later and the liability of payment of transmission charges shall begin from this date.
