Section 2(r) in Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965
(r)“text-book” in relation to any standard including the final standard of secondary or higher secondary education, means any book prescribed by the State Board, or prepared or caused to be prepared and prescribed by it, for that standard.
