Heard Learned Counsel for the Applicant and also for the Non Applicant.
This MA has been moved for refund of the amount deposited with this Commission at the time of filing of -the Appeal, in compliance of this Commission's order.
The Registry has reported that the money deposited by the Petitioners is lying with this Commission in the form of FDR of Rs. 1 lac. The Appeal has been dismissed by this Commission.
Learned Counsel for the Non-Applicant submitted that the decree of the Decree Holder is still remains unsatisfied.
Let the money so deposited alongwith accrued interest be transmitted to the concerned District Commission for utilization in the execution of the decree within a period of 10 days.
MA is disposed of accordingly.
