(2)Variable Charge for the nth year shall be determined asunder :i.e. VCn = VC1 x (Pn/p1)or VCn = VC1 x (1.05)(n-1) (optional)VC1 represents the Variable Charge based onbagasse Price P1 for FY 2009-10 as specified under regulation 55 andshall be determined as under:

VC1=	Station Heat Rate(SHR)	x	1	x	P1
Gross Calorific Value (GCV)	(1-Aux Consum.Factor)	1000
