01. 1. Opposite Party No.2 is not a necessary party, as such the same is deleted from array of Opposite Parties. Consolidated memo of parties be filed.

2. Issue notice. Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned ASGI accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Party No.1 and Mr. Sunil Mishra, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 (re-numbered as Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3). Replies be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder thereto, if any be filed within four weeks thereafter.

02. 3. It is pointed out that the show cause notice has been issued on 12th May 2021 to the Petitioner (Annexure-6). Mr. Sahoo, learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner states that reply to the show cause notice will be filed not later than 4th October, 2021.

4. Subject to the compliance of above assurance, any order passed on the said show cause notice would be subject to the outcome of the present petition. If such order is adverse to the Petitioner, it would be open to the Petitioner to apply to the Court for appropriate directions.

5. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
