(1)The Executive Council shall hold, control and administer the property and funds of the University and shall appoint a Finance Committee advise it on matters of finance consisting of six members of whom the Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairman, the Finance Officer shall be the Secretary and the other four members shall be appointed as follows :(i)Two members to be elected by the Executive Council from among it; members, and(ii)Two members to be nominated by the State Government one from the Finance Department and the other from the Education Department of the State Government.
