Section 9(a) in Paradip Port Harbour Craft Rules 1967
(a)Whenever any alteration in a licensed harbour craft is made so as to affect any of the particulars contained in the license granted to it, such alteration shall forthwith be reported by its owner to the Deputy Conservator.
