(2)The term of office of the Up-Pradhan whether elected or nominated before or after the commencement of the Uttar Pradesh Rural Local Self-Government Laws (Amendment) Act, 1972, shall commence from the date of his election or nomination, as the case may be, and unless otherwise determined under the provisions of this Act, shall expire with the term of the Gram Panchayat.]]
