21. Authorities of Vishwavidyalaya.
- The authorities of the Vishwavidyalaya shall be the Executive Council, the Academic Council, the Board of Studies, the Finance Committee and such other bodies of the Vishwavidyalaya as may be declared by the statutes to be authorities of the Vishwavidyalaya.
