Section 8 in Goa Computerised Network Lottery Rules, 2003
8. Place of draw.
(1)The place of draw shall be decided by the Director in consultation with the Government. The marketing agent shall give wide publicity about the same.(2)The place of draw shall be located within the State of Goa.
