Section 4(1)(d) in Bihar Trade Articles (Licenses Unification) Order, 1984

(d)If a licence granted under this Order is defaced, lost or destroyed, the licensee shall forthwith inform the Licensing Authority who may, on application and on the payment of fee prescribed in Schedule IV by the licensee, issue a duplicate licence.
