(4)The Inspector General shall make a memorandum of his inspection, discuss the points raised therein as far as possible with the Superintendent, and shall hand it over to the Superintendent for compliance, and shall, on his next inspection visit, verify whether and how far the instructions given in the memorandum are complied with.Superintendent
