Section 28(1) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002
(1)No court or authority or forum shall have jurisdiction to entertain any complain or objection relating to any orders or judgement given by Council or its officers or its committees under this Act and no injunction in respect of any action taken or to be taken by the Council or its officers or its committees, shall be entertained by any court or authorities or forum.
