Section 573(2) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(2)Licence to tap tree and draw Nira therefrom for the manufacture of Gur of similar product or from the storage and supply of Nira shall not be granted to an applicant holding licence for the retail vend of Nira.
