Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
1. Short title and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994.(2)They shall, have as expressly provided otherwise, apply to and in relation to all Motor Vehicles in the State of Chhattisgarh.(3)These rules shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the "Chhattisgarh Gazette."
