- In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise.-(a)'Act' means The Goa Medical Council Act, 1991 (Goa Act 6 of 1991).(b)'Form' means a form appended to these rules.(c)'Section' means a section of the Act.(d)Words and phrases used - but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act.
