Section 109(1) in Jharkhand Panchayat Raj Act, 2001
(1)In case of any dispute arising between two or more Gram Panchayats or Panchayat Samitis or Zila Parishads on one side and any other local authority on the other in respect of such a matter in which they are jointly interested, the said dispute shall be referred to the State Government and the decision of the State Government thereto shall be final;Provided that if the dispute is between the Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad on the one side and the cantonment Board on the other, then the decision of the State Government shall be subject to approval by the Central Government.
