Section 19(3) in Bihar Employees' State Insurance Medical Service Rules, 1981
(3)The Committee will conduct examination twice a year, the first in May/June and the second in October/November. A Medical Officer willing to appear at the examination shall send to the Administrative Medical Officer, Employees' State Insurance Scheme, Bihar, Patna not later than the 1st of May, in the case of the 1st half-yearly examination and the 1st of September, in the case of second half-yearly examination, an intimation of his intention to appear at the examination.
