Section 23 in Telangana Aqua-culture Seed (Quality Control) Act, 2006
23. Forfeiture of property.
- Where a person has been convicted of any offence punishable under this Act or the rules made thereunder, the Aqua-culture seed in respect of which the offence has been committed, may be forfeited to the Government.
