Section 48(1) in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any authority or any Member of the Punjab State Council or any officer duly authorized in this behalf in respect of anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder.
