Section 54(1) in The Appellate Tribunal for Energy Conservation (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2012
(1)When the Appellate Tribunal is closed for vacation, the vacation Bench shall sit on such days as may be specified by Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal or in his absence, the senior most Member available.
