Section 51(e) in The Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955
(e)In the case of men who may be discharged from the Force before the gratuity or bonus is recovered in full, the balance outstanding should be recovered either in a lump sum or in suitable installments from the gratuity or pension as the case may be, that may be sanctioned for the combined military and civil service.
