Section 2(m) in The U.P. Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(m)words and expressions used but not defined in the Rules but defined in the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, shall have the -meaning respectively assigned to them in that Act.
