Section 14(2) in The West Bengal Cement Control Act, 1948
(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the [Government] [Word substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] for any damages caused or likely to be caused by anything which, is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order made under section 3.
