Section 153(1) in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004
(1)Where any application, petition, or other matter is required to be published under the applicable legal framework or these regulations or as per the directions of the Commission, it shall unless the Commission otherwise orders or the applicable legal framework or regulation otherwise provide, be advertised not less than 5 days before the date fixed for hearing.
