SATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J. ( Oral ) This order shall dispose of Civil Writ Petitions No. 9557, 16012 of 1996, 12247 of 1999 and 19612 of 2001.

The petitioners, in all these petitions, were working in the old Sabzi Mandi, Faridabad. They filed these petitions seeking direction to the respondents to consider their claim for allotment of a plot/shop site in the new Sabzi Mandi, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that almost all the petitioners have been accommodated in the new Sabzi Mandi, Faridabad. He prays that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these petitions with liberty to those petitioners, who have not been accommodated, to make representation to the appropriate authority in this regard.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
