% 30.10.2023 The record would reflect that the writ petition was disposed of finally on 31 January 2018. However, and subsequently, the Court appears to have noticed the conduct of the officers concerned and consequently called upon the respondent to apprise the Court of whether any further action had been initiated against the concerned officers. The petition has been continually listed thereafter only for the purposes of monitoring the aforesaid issue.
In view of the above, we call upon Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent to place a Status Report on the record within a period of three weeks.
Since the petition has already been disposed of, it need not be listed any further before the Court.
