ORAL ORDER
Heard learned counsel Mr. Kodekar appearing for the applicant-CBI. Learned counsel has referred to the documents placed on record and the impugned order passed by the learned CBI Court and thereafter contended that learned CBI Court has committed a grave error while discharging the respondent-accused and that there is ample material against the respondent-accused in the papers of the chargesheet.
