Validation.- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Kerala Medical Education (Regulation and Control of Admission to Private Medical Educational Institutions) Ordinance, 2017 (14 of 2017) or in any rules made thereunder or in any judgement, decree or order of any court, the proceedings of the Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee fixing the fee provisionally and the fee so fixed as per order numbers AFRC 50/17/BDS/SFMC, AFRC 50/17/MBBS/SFMC dated the 13th day of July, 2017, shall be deemed to be valid till the fee is fixed finally subject to the provisions of this Act and the same shall not be called in question before any court of law for the reason that there was no provision in this behalf in the said Ordinance or there was defect in the procedure fixing the fee. |
