Section 27(1) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Rules, 1959
(1)The amount of interim compensation (including rehabilitation grant) paid to the intermediary since the date of vesting to the date of delivery on the bond shall be recouped from the total amount of compensation (including rehabilitation grant) and adjusted against the instalments thereof.
