Section 5(2) in The Rajasthan Payment of Wages Rules, 1961
(2)[ Wage slip in Form VII shall be issued by every Pay-master to every person employed by him at least a day prior to the disbursement of wages and such wage slip shall not be returnable to the Pay-master.
