FACTS
The above appeals are heard today dated 28.02.2013. Appellant present. The public authority is represented by Shri K.K. Vaid, Sr Adm Officer, ShriS.L.Gopal Dutt and Shri G.R. Pillai, both AAOs. The case wise position is as follows :

2. Vide RTI application dated 04.02.2012, the appellant had sought to know the number of cochlear implant surgeries done at the Institute and the matters related thereto. However, response of the CPIO is not available in the Commission's File.

3. Vide RTI application dated 10.02.2012, the appellant had sought to know the number of total surgeries done on cancer patients and the matters related therewith. However, CPIO's response is not available in the Commission's file.

4. In the RTI application dated 17.02.2012, the appellant had requested for a certified copy of the order vide which he (appellant) was appointed in the Department of ENT etc. The CPIO's response, again, is not available in the Commission's file.
5. In view of the above, copies of the RTI applications are handed over to Shri Vaid dasti with the direction to check whether any replies in regard to these RTI applications were sent to the appellant. If not, then he may ensure that replies are sent either by him or by the concerned CPIO/ACPIO in next 03 weeks time.
